The Great Hall

  • $100 per hour Friday - Sunday

  • $60 per hour  Monday - Thursday

  • $1.00 per chair over 65 chairs

  • $2.50 per table

  • $5.00 High Top Cocktail Tables

  • $175 fee to serve alcoholic beverages

The Parlor

  • $50 per hour Friday - Sunday

  • $30 per hour Monday - Thursday

  • $1.00 per chair over 65 chairs

  • $2.50 per table

  • $5.00 High Top Cocktail Tables

  • $100 fee to serve alcoholic beverages

Additional Terms & Conditions

 

  • Rentals include 1 hour of free set up time

  • Tables - $2.50 each

    • 60 inch round

    • 8 ft x 2.5 ft

    • 6 ft x 2.5 ft

    • $5.00 High Top Cocktail Tables

  • Chairs - 65 chairs included in rental

    • $1.00 per chair over 65

  • Refundable $250 security deposit due with application

    • Does not apply toward rental fee

    • If no damage to facility deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks following event

  • Final payment-in-full due 60 days prior to event

  • Event insurance is required for public events and institutional/business renters

    • event insurance is not required for private parties

  • Maplewood Police Officer is required for:

    • Events with 150 + attendees if alcohol being served

    • Events of 200 + attendees 

  • 11PM curfew strictly enforced Fridays and Saturdays / 10PM curfew Sunday - Thursday
