The Great Hall

  • $280 per hour Friday - Sunday

  • $170 per hour Monday - Thursday

  • $1.00 per chair over 65 chairs

  • $2.50 per table

  • $250 fee to serve alcoholic beverages

The Parlor

  • $140 per hour Friday - Sunday

  • $80 per hour Monday - Thursday

  • $1.00 per chair over 65 chairs

  • $2.50 per table

  • $150 fee to serve alcoholic beverages

All rentals require a 3 hour minimum (4 hour minimum after 12:00 PM on weekends)

Weekend rates in effective Friday - Sunday

Additional Terms & Conditions

 

  • Rental includes 1 hour of free set up time

  • Tables - $2.50 each

    • 60 inch round

    • 8 ft x 2.5 ft

    • 6 ft x 2.5 ft

  • Chairs - 65 chairs included in rental

    • $1.00 per chair over 65

  • Refundable $250 security deposit due with application

    • Does not apply toward rental fee

    • If no damage to facility, deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks following event

  • Final payment-in-full due 60 days prior to event

  • Event insurance is required for public events and institutional/business renters

    • Event insurance is not required for private parties

  • Maplewood Police Officer is required for:

    • Events with 150 + attendees if alcohol is being served

    • Events of 200 + attendees 

  • 11PM curfew strictly enforced Fridays and Saturdays / 8PM curfew Sunday / 10PM curfew Monday - Thursday
